We’re very pleased to introduce the two newest members of the Sister Schools board, Tara Kelly and Melissa Pendleton. Tara is an Associate with the DLR Group, focusing on business development in K-12 education architectural design. Tara is passionate about helping children and has traveled extensively in the developing world. She’s also a gifted athlete and recently completed the Seattle-to-Portland bike ride. Tara’s excited about bringing her strategic planning and marketing experience to Sister Schools.
Melissa is an Account Executive with McKinstry, a design, build, operate and maintain firm that advocates collaborative and sustainable solutions. Melissa, too, is drawn to Sister Schools because of her love of children. She’s looking forward to sharing her business development, marketing and strategic planning expertise with our board. Melissa is also an accomplished horsewoman.
